Nestled in the heart of West London, Universal Bikes is a retailer offering a great range bikes, cycling related services and repairs. It's renowned for its expertise and service. Despite their offline success and community reputation, Universal Bikes faced a growing competitive landscape and no digital presence to attract new customers, - until we stepped in.
Digital Strategy
Following several meetings and diving deep into their goals for the future, we started to establish a strong digital strategy for Universal Bikes. Being in an active community with many cyclists, Universal Bikes wanted to establish an online presence that would allow them to be findable by their clientele. Up until this point, they had relied on passing trade or word of mouth, hardly featuring online. A strong and compelling website was the number one goal, followed by some targeted digital marketing strategies.

We quickly noticed that most competitors in the area did not have user-friendly websites. We set about creating a well-thought out design that not only adopted best UX/UI design principles, but one that also reflected the energy, passion, and expertise that Universal Bikes wanted to be known for. After crafting an engaging design, we focused on creating content that would elevate the site's search engine rankings. Over time, Universal Bikes has ascended to become a top search result, proudly showcasing nearly 200 Google Reviews—a significant leap from the 30 reviews at the onset of our collaboration.
